These tools may collect or process certain information required for communication, security, website improvement, booking management, transport enquiry management, or general website operation.

We do not aim to collect unnecessary personal data. We may collect technical data automatically when you visit the website. This may occur through cookies, server logs, analytics tools, security plugins, spam protection systems, embedded content, booking tools, payment tools, browser signals, map tools, media tools, or similar technologies.
We may also receive personal data from third parties where lawful and relevant, such as hotels, travel agencies, corporate clients, event organisers, assistants, airlines where publicly available flight information is used, airport-related information services, payment processors, banks, drivers, transport partners, insurers, analytics providers, social media platforms, referral sources, professional advisers, or other parties involved in a requested service or business communication.
5. Why We Use Personal Data
We may use personal data for the following purposes:
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
To display services, packages, airport transfer information, chauffeur service information, VIP transport information, vehicle categories, and related content.
To respond to enquiries submitted through the website, by email, by telephone, through social media, messaging platforms, or through other communication channels.

To verify booking details where necessary, including passenger contact details, pickup location, flight details, requested timing, payment status, deposit status, special requirements, and operational feasibility.
To process payments, deposits, refunds, invoices, booking confirmations, accounting records, and transaction records where applicable.
To protect the website and business from spam, malware, hacking attempts, unauthorised access, bot activity, fraudulent enquiries, false bookings, payment fraud, misuse of forms, scraping, and other security risks.
To improve website structure, booking experience, user experience, page performance, service presentation, package presentation, content quality, website navigation, and marketing effectiveness.

6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or other applicable data protection laws apply, we rely on one or more lawful bases for processing personal data.
We may process personal data based on consent, for example when you voluntarily submit information through a form, accept optional cookies, subscribe to updates, agree to receive marketing communications, or provide special request information for a specific purpose.
We may process personal data because it is necessary before entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract, for example when you request a booking, request a quotation, book a transport package, request airport pickup, request chauffeur services, request delivery of transport services, pay a deposit, or enter into a business relationship with Dream Elite Travel.
We may process personal data because it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, invoicing, consumer protection, road traffic, insurance, transport-related, anti-fraud, record-keeping, and administrative obligations where applicable.
We may process personal data based on legitimate interests, including responding to enquiries, managing customer communications, maintaining business records, protecting the website, preventing fraud, improving services, managing bookings, and operating the website efficiently.
We may process personal data where necessary to protect vital interests in exceptional cases, for example where passenger information is needed to respond to an emergency, safety issue, accident, medical incident, or urgent transport-related matter.
We may process personal data where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, including disputes relating to bookings, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, passenger conduct, luggage issues, delays, missed pickups, accidents, insurance matters, or transport conditions.
Where sensitive information is submitted voluntarily by a user, such as mobility needs, health-related travel assistance needs, disability-related information, child seat requirements, or other special category data, we will only process it where a lawful basis applies and where processing is necessary, proportionate, and legally permitted. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms.
7. Transport Bookings and Passenger Information
When you submit a booking request or place a booking through the website, we process the personal data necessary to manage the requested service. This may include your name, contact details, passenger details, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, flight number, luggage details, vehicle category, service package, payment status, booking notes, and customer service communications.
You are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate, complete, and current. Incorrect information may cause pickup delays, missed transfers, failed communication, incorrect route planning, additional waiting charges, service cancellation, refund delays, or additional charges.
Automated booking confirmation emails or messages may be sent after submitting a booking or payment. Such confirmation does not necessarily mean that the booking has been finally accepted, guaranteed, or assigned to a driver unless Dream Elite Travel expressly confirms acceptance. Dream Elite Travel reserves the right to reject, cancel, limit, or modify bookings where lawful and appropriate, including where vehicles are unavailable, payment fails, pricing errors occur, fraud is suspected, information is incorrect, pickup is not possible, service is outside the coverage area, operational constraints apply, driver availability changes, or technical errors affect the booking.
8. Airport Transfers, Flight Information, and Waiting Time
For airport pickup or drop-off services, customers may be asked to provide flight information, including flight number, airline, arrival or departure time, airport, terminal, and passenger contact details. This information may be used to plan pickup timing, identify delays, communicate with the passenger, and coordinate the transfer.
Flight monitoring, if offered, is provided as a practical assistance feature and does not guarantee that every delay, schedule change, terminal change, cancellation, baggage delay, immigration delay, customs delay, or passenger delay will be detected or accommodated automatically.
Customers are responsible for providing correct flight details and notifying Dream Elite Travel promptly of changes, delays, cancellations, missed flights, baggage delays, or changes to passenger availability. Additional waiting time, parking charges, airport fees, route changes, late-night charges, or additional costs may apply depending on the booking terms.
Dream Elite Travel shall not be liable for missed flights, missed meetings, missed events, missed connections, or losses caused by incorrect customer information, airline delays, airport delays, immigration delays, baggage delays, traffic, road closures, weather, public events, security measures, force majeure, or events outside the Company’s reasonable control.
9. Chauffeur Services, VIP Transport, and Packages
The website may display chauffeur services, VIP transport packages, executive transport services, luxury airport transfers, corporate transport, event transfers, hourly chauffeur services, wedding transport, private tours, and bespoke transfer packages.
Service descriptions, vehicle images, package names, included features, estimated timings, availability, and prices are provided for general informational purposes only unless expressly confirmed in writing. Vehicle categories, specific vehicles, drivers, amenities, routes, and timing may be subject to availability, operational requirements, safety considerations, traffic conditions, maintenance schedules, and customer requirements.
Where the website displays a specific vehicle image or category, this does not guarantee that the exact vehicle will be provided unless expressly confirmed in writing. Dream Elite Travel may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle where necessary and appropriate.
Customers must comply with passenger conduct rules, safety rules, seatbelt laws, smoking restrictions, vehicle cleanliness expectations, luggage limits, child safety rules, and any instructions provided by the driver or Company.
10. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds
If payment or deposit functionality is enabled through the website, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment completion does not necessarily guarantee final booking acceptance until Dream Elite Travel confirms the booking.
Booking deposits, full payments, cancellation fees, refund rules, payment deadlines, waiting charges, no-show charges, airport fees, parking fees, additional stop charges, route change charges, late-night charges, extra passenger charges, excess luggage charges, and other charges may be subject to separate booking terms, package terms, quotation terms, or written confirmation.
Customers should review and confirm all payment and cancellation rules before completing a booking. Where cancellation or refund rights apply, refund timelines may depend on payment provider processing times, bank procedures, card issuer rules, internal review, and the timing of the cancellation.
Dream Elite Travel may refuse or reduce refunds where the driver has already been dispatched, the service has already started, the passenger does not appear, incorrect pickup information was provided, the passenger is unreachable, the customer cancels late, the passenger breaches conduct rules, or costs have already been incurred, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Passenger Conduct, Luggage, Safety, and Vehicle Condition
Passengers are responsible for behaving respectfully, safely, and lawfully during transport. Passengers must not damage vehicles, distract drivers, behave aggressively, smoke where prohibited, consume prohibited substances, carry illegal items, overload vehicles, refuse seatbelt use, breach safety instructions, or act in a way that creates risk to the driver, passengers, vehicle, or public.
Dream Elite Travel may refuse transport, end a journey, request removal of a passenger, retain evidence, charge cleaning or damage fees, or report conduct to authorities where passengers behave abusively, dangerously, unlawfully, intoxicated, threateningly, or in breach of booking terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that luggage is suitable for the selected vehicle and disclosed in advance where relevant. Oversized luggage, excessive luggage, sports equipment, fragile items, valuables, pets, dangerous goods, or special items may require prior approval and may not be accepted in all vehicles.
Dream Elite Travel is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage, valuables, personal items, documents, electronics, jewellery, cash, passports, or other belongings left in a vehicle or carried during a journey, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Customers should keep valuable and essential items with them at all times.
12. Children, Child Seats, Accessibility, and Special Requests
Customers must notify Dream Elite Travel in advance if children, infants, elderly passengers, passengers requiring mobility assistance, passengers with disabilities, or passengers requiring special arrangements will be travelling.
Child seats, booster seats, accessibility assistance, additional luggage space, language preferences, privacy requests, security-related requests, or other special requirements may be subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Submission of a request through the website does not guarantee that the request can be accommodated.
Passengers or booking organisers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that required legal and safety obligations relating to children, accessibility, mobility needs, medical needs, or assistance needs are communicated in advance.
Dream Elite Travel will aim to assist where reasonable and possible, but does not guarantee that every special request can be fulfilled in every case.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They may help the website function, remember preferences, manage booking sessions, improve security, analyse traffic, support maps, support forms, enable checkout where applicable, improve service presentation, or measure marketing activity.
We may use strictly necessary cookies that are required for the website to function properly. These may include cookies used for website security, contact form protection, booking form operation, cookie preference storage, session management, load balancing, spam prevention, payment processing where applicable, and administrative functions.
We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the website, which service pages are viewed, which packages attract interest, how long users stay, how visitors reach the website, and how website content can be improved.
We may use functionality cookies to remember visitor preferences, such as language settings, cookie settings, display preferences, form preferences, booking preferences, or similar options.
We may use marketing cookies where advertising, remarketing, social media tracking, abandoned booking campaigns, newsletter tracking, or campaign measurement tools are active.
Where required by law, non-essential cookies will only be used after consent is provided. You may manage cookies through the website’s cookie banner, consent settings, or your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain website features, including embedded media, maps, saved preferences, form protection, analytics functionality, payment functionality, or booking functionality.
14. WordPress, Booking Tools, Plugins, Themes, and Third-Party Services
The website is developed using WordPress. WordPress websites commonly rely on third-party themes, plugins, scripts, extensions, integrations, APIs, and technical services. For this website, such tools may include booking plugins, transport booking tools, calendar tools, availability tools, enquiry forms, payment gateway plugins, invoice tools, contact forms, newsletter tools, abandoned booking tools, marketing tools, media galleries, embedded video tools, map integrations, analytics tools, cookie consent tools, SEO plugins, caching systems, security tools, backup tools, email delivery tools, accessibility tools, performance optimisation plugins, and website administration tools.
Such tools may process technical data or personal data depending on their purpose. For example, a booking plugin may process passenger and journey details, a payment plugin may process payment status, a contact form plugin may process form submissions, a security plugin may process IP addresses, an analytics tool may process visitor behaviour, a cookie tool may store consent preferences, a map tool may process location-related information, and a backup tool may create copies of website data.
Dream Elite Travel and its website developer may update, disable, replace, remove, or add plugins and tools from time to time for security, compliance, functionality, performance, compatibility, user experience, booking operations, or business reasons.
Third-party providers may have their own privacy policies, terms, servers, security practices, and data processing procedures. Where third-party providers act as independent controllers, their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Where they act as processors on behalf of Dream Elite Travel, they are expected to process data according to appropriate instructions and applicable law.
15. Maps, Location Tools, Analytics, and Website Performance
The website may include embedded maps, route-related information, location references, vehicle images, videos, background media, social media content, review widgets, image galleries, third-party media, fonts, or other embedded resources.
Embedded content from third-party platforms may behave as if you visited the third-party platform directly. These third parties may collect data about you, use cookies, track interactions, apply their own policies, or process technical data.
We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the website. Analytics may help identify popular services, frequently viewed transfer packages, user journeys, traffic sources, technical errors, device performance, and opportunities to improve the website.
Analytics data may include page views, service pages visited, booking steps completed, session duration, device type, browser type, country or region, referral source, interaction events, and similar usage data. Depending on the analytics tool used, data may be anonymised, aggregated, pseudonymised, or linked to cookie identifiers.
16. Marketing Communications and Abandoned Booking Reminders
If marketing functionality is enabled, users may have the option to subscribe to newsletters, service updates, promotional messages, luxury travel offers, airport transfer offers, corporate transport updates, event transport offers, seasonal campaigns, or similar communications.
If abandoned booking functionality is enabled, users who begin a booking or submit partial booking information may receive reminder communications where permitted by law and where the necessary consent or lawful basis applies.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications through the unsubscribe link, if available, or by contacting info@dreamelite.com.cy.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send necessary administrative or transactional communications relating to your enquiry, booking request, payment, deposit, pickup, transfer, cancellation, refund, customer service request, or legal notice.
17. Sharing Personal Data
We do not sell personal data in the ordinary commercial sense. However, we may share personal data where necessary for lawful, operational, technical, administrative, transport-related, booking-related, commercial, or business purposes.
We may share information with website developers, hosting providers, IT support providers, email providers, security providers, analytics providers, cookie management providers, cloud providers, backup providers, payment providers, banks, fraud prevention providers, drivers, chauffeurs, transport partners, vehicle providers, hotels, travel agencies, event organisers, corporate clients, insurers, accountants, legal advisers, consultants, professional partners, public authorities, regulators, courts, emergency services, or other parties where required or permitted by law.
We may share limited technical or website-related information with LOOP Digital Marketing LTD where necessary for website development, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, optimisation, backups, or security monitoring.
We may disclose information where necessary to protect our rights, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, investigate security incidents, process bookings, manage transport services, respond to accidents or complaints, comply with legal obligations, or defend legal claims.
18. International Data Transfers
Some service providers used by modern websites may operate servers, tools, or technical infrastructure outside Cyprus or outside the European Economic Area. These may include analytics providers, email providers, cloud providers, payment providers, security tools, backup systems, hosting infrastructure, map providers, video platforms, social media tools, or plugin-related services.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards may be required, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual protections, technical safeguards, organisational controls, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Because Dream Elite Travel may provide services to international travellers, corporate clients, travel organisers, hotels, and partners, limited international communication may occur where necessary for the requested transport service, subject to applicable law, client instructions, third-party requirements, and appropriate safeguards where required.
19. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Transport enquiries may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to the enquiry, manage follow-up communication, suggest relevant services, maintain administrative records, and protect legal rights.
Booking records, payment records, deposit records, invoice records, passenger details, journey details, customer service records, cancellation records, refund records, complaint records, damage records, incident records, insurance-related records, and dispute records may be retained for longer periods where required for contractual, accounting, tax, insurance, legal, regulatory, anti-fraud, road traffic, dispute resolution, or record-keeping purposes.
Client, supplier, hotel partner, corporate client, driver, contractor, accounting, contractual, or business records may be retained for longer periods where required for business operations, legal compliance, or legal claims.
Technical logs may be retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, fraud prevention, and website maintenance.
Cookie consent records may be retained to demonstrate consent choices and manage website compliance.
Marketing data may be retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or request deletion where applicable.
When data is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymise, archive, or securely restrict it, subject to legal, operational, and technical limitations.
20. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Security measures may include SSL encryption, secure hosting, restricted administrative access, strong passwords, WordPress updates, plugin updates, firewalls, malware scanning, backups, spam protection, payment gateway security, booking system controls, access controls, security monitoring, and technical maintenance.
However, no website, server, email system, plugin, theme, database, payment gateway, booking system, internet transmission, or online platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge that any information submitted online carries some level of risk. If you believe that your interaction with Dream Elite Travel is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at info@dreamelite.com.cy.
21. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal data. These may include the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
You may exercise your rights by contacting info@dreamelite.com.cy. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We may refuse, limit, or delay a request where permitted by law, including where data must be retained for legal obligations, accounting records, booking records, transport service records, contractual performance, insurance matters, fraud prevention, security reasons, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
If you are located in Cyprus or the European Union and believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may have the right to contact the competent data protection supervisory authority.
22. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for adults or persons legally able to request transport services, make bookings, and provide payment information. It is not specifically directed at children. Dream Elite Travel does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website without appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required.
Where a booking involves children or infants as passengers, the booking organiser is responsible for providing accurate information, requesting child seats where required, ensuring compliance with applicable safety rules, and supervising children during the journey.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal data or placed a booking through the website without appropriate permission, they may contact us at info@dreamelite.com.cy so that the matter can be reviewed.
23. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment providers, map providers, airline resources, airport resources, hotel websites, travel partners, event venues, review platforms, video platforms, public resources, or external services. These links are provided for convenience only.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms, availability, or actions of third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.
Part B: Terms of Use
24. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using dreamelite.com.cy, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, passengers, booking organisers, corporate clients, event organisers, travel agents, hotel partners, suppliers, contractors, representatives, and any person who accesses or interacts with the website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when published on the website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

26. No Travel, Legal, Insurance, Medical, or Security Advice
The content on the website is not intended to constitute legal advice, insurance advice, travel risk advice, immigration advice, medical advice, security advice, aviation advice, airport operational advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice unless expressly stated in writing by a qualified professional acting in that capacity.
Users should not rely solely on website content when making travel, airport, business, safety, timing, insurance, or legal decisions. Before acting on information found on the website, users should contact Dream Elite Travel directly or seek appropriate independent advice from relevant professionals, airlines, airports, hotels, insurers, authorities, or advisers.
Dream Elite Travel does not guarantee that any transfer will prevent missed flights, missed meetings, missed events, missed appointments, or travel disruption caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
27. No Automatic Contract, Booking, Reservation, or Service Confirmation
Your use of the website, submission of a booking form, sending of an email, telephone enquiry, WhatsApp message, quotation request, package request, airport pickup request, payment enquiry, or interaction with website content does not automatically create a confirmed booking, confirmed reservation, transport contract, chauffeur assignment, vehicle allocation, agency relationship, or obligation on the part of Dream Elite Travel.
Any formal booking is created only when Dream Elite Travel expressly accepts your request, confirms the relevant terms, completes any required internal procedures, receives any required documentation, and, where applicable, receives payment, deposit, signed agreement, or written confirmation.
Dream Elite Travel reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, decline, postpone, reschedule, or discontinue any enquiry, request, booking, package, airport pickup, chauffeur request, or service arrangement where lawful and appropriate.
28. Booking Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
Customers and booking organisers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes passenger names, contact details, pickup location, drop-off location, flight number, date, time, luggage details, number of passengers, special requests, vehicle requirements, and payment information.
Dream Elite Travel is not responsible for delay, missed pickup, wrong pickup location, route issue, incorrect vehicle allocation, additional waiting charges, no-show, cancellation, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading customer information.
Customers must notify Dream Elite Travel promptly of any changes to flight details, arrival times, passenger numbers, luggage quantity, route, pickup location, drop-off location, or special requirements.
29. Service Availability, Vehicle Allocation, and Substitution
Service availability is subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, operational conditions, traffic, maintenance, scheduling, previous bookings, weather, road conditions, public events, safety considerations, and other factors.
Vehicle images, descriptions, categories, interiors, amenities, and service features displayed on the website are provided for general illustrative purposes. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Dream Elite Travel does not guarantee that the exact vehicle shown in website images will be provided.
Dream Elite Travel may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle where necessary due to availability, maintenance, logistics, safety, or operational reasons. Vehicle substitution does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund if the replacement vehicle is reasonably suitable for the booked category or service, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the specific booking terms.
30. Prices, Packages, Fees, Taxes, and Errors
Prices, package fees, transfer fares, deposits, waiting charges, airport charges, parking charges, late-night fees, extra stop charges, tolls, luggage charges, child seat charges, cancellation charges, no-show charges, and other financial information displayed on the website are provided for general information only and may be subject to change.
Displayed prices may include or exclude VAT, airport parking, waiting time, route changes, tolls, extra stops, excess luggage, special requests, additional passenger requirements, out-of-zone transfers, late-night charges, or other costs unless expressly stated.
Dream Elite Travel reserves the right to update prices, correct errors, change promotions, modify packages, withdraw offers, and update service information at any time.
If a service or package is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, technical issue, plugin error, booking tool error, currency error, tax configuration error, discount error, or other mistake, Dream Elite Travel reserves the right to cancel or correct the booking before service delivery, even if the booking has been submitted.
31. Payments, Deposits, and Invoices
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available or agreed by Dream Elite Travel. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Dream Elite Travel is not responsible for delays, payment refusals, bank charges, currency conversion fees, payment gateway downtime, fraud checks, card issuer decisions, or transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, card issuers, or financial institutions.
Bookings may not be processed, confirmed, or assigned until payment or deposit has been authorised or confirmed, unless Dream Elite Travel expressly agrees otherwise.
Invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations may be provided electronically. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
32. Cancellations, Amendments, Refunds, and No-Shows
Cancellation, amendment, and refund rights depend on applicable law, booking type, service type, timing, driver dispatch status, costs already incurred, customer fault, and Dream Elite Travel’s published or agreed booking procedures.
Customers should request amendments or cancellations as early as possible. Amendments may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Dream Elite Travel may refuse or reduce refunds where the customer cancels late, the driver has already been dispatched, the service has already started, the passenger fails to appear, the passenger is unreachable, incorrect pickup information was provided, the passenger is delayed beyond the agreed waiting time, the customer breaches booking terms, or costs have already been incurred.
A no-show may occur where the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the agreed waiting period, cannot be contacted, provides incorrect information, or refuses the service. No-shows may be charged in full or in part according to the applicable booking terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide exceptional service. We understand that travel plans may change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation options:
Full Refund (100%): You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your transfer at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Partial Refund (50%): For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
No Refund (0%): Unfortunately, refunds are not available for last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours before pickup) or in cases where the customer fails to show up (No-Show).
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and are automatically credited to the same card or account used for the original booking.
33. Airport Delays, Traffic, Route Changes, and Timing
Dream Elite Travel aims to provide punctual and professional transport services. However, journey times and arrival times may be affected by circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including traffic, roadworks, road closures, accidents, police controls, airport delays, flight delays, baggage delays, immigration delays, customs delays, weather, public events, strikes, security measures, vehicle breakdowns, or force majeure events.
Estimated journey times are provided for general planning purposes only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for airport check-in, immigration, security, meetings, appointments, events, and other time-sensitive commitments.
Dream Elite Travel is not liable for missed flights, missed meetings, missed events, missed appointments, financial losses, additional travel costs, accommodation costs, business losses, or other losses caused by delays outside its reasonable control.
Flight & Ferry Delays
There are no additional charges or cancellations in the event of a flight or ferry delay.
We monitor your arrival status in real time, ensuring that your chauffeur will be waiting for you at your actual arrival time.
34. Passenger Safety, Conduct, and Refusal of Service
Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, seatbelt requirements, driver instructions, safety requirements, and vehicle rules.
Dream Elite Travel may refuse or terminate service where a passenger behaves unlawfully, dangerously, aggressively, abusively, intoxicated, threateningly, disruptively, or in a way that risks the safety, comfort, privacy, or property of the driver, passengers, vehicle, or public.
Passengers must not smoke, vape where prohibited, consume illegal substances, damage the vehicle, distract the driver, open doors unsafely, overload the vehicle, carry dangerous goods, carry unauthorised animals, or use the vehicle for unlawful purposes.
Cleaning fees, damage fees, repair costs, downtime costs, administrative fees, and other charges may apply where passengers damage or soil a vehicle, breach conduct rules, or require additional cleaning beyond normal use.
35. Luggage, Personal Belongings, Lost Property, and Special Items
Customers are responsible for disclosing luggage quantity and special items in advance where relevant. Vehicle luggage capacity may be limited and depends on the vehicle category selected.
Dream Elite Travel may refuse oversized, excessive, unsafe, illegal, hazardous, fragile, or unsuitable items. Special items such as sports equipment, musical instruments, wedding items, high-value goods, pets, medical equipment, or bulky luggage should be disclosed before booking.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Dream Elite Travel is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage to luggage, valuables, passports, documents, electronics, cash, jewellery, or personal items except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If an item is left in a vehicle, the customer should contact Dream Elite Travel promptly. Reasonable efforts may be made to locate and return lost property, but return may be subject to timing, driver availability, location, courier costs, or administrative charges.
36. Children, Pets, Accessibility, and Special Assistance
Customers must notify Dream Elite Travel in advance if the booking involves infants, children, pets, elderly passengers, passengers with disabilities, passengers requiring mobility assistance, or passengers requiring special arrangements.
Child seats, booster seats, pet transport, mobility assistance, additional space, privacy arrangements, or other special requests may be subject to availability and must be expressly confirmed. Submission of a request through the website does not guarantee acceptance.
Customers are responsible for supervising children and pets, complying with safety rules, providing accurate information, and ensuring that all passengers are fit to travel. Dream Elite Travel may refuse service where required arrangements were not disclosed or cannot be safely accommodated.
